At Elite Luxury Yacht Rental, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your yacht rental. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund for your booking.
Please Read Carefully Before Booking With Us !
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your yacht rental within 7 days of making the booking. This 7-day grace period allows you to review your plans and confirm your arrangements without penalty.
Cancellations made between 8 days and 30 days before your charter date will receive a 50% refund. We understand that situations can change, and this policy offers some compensation for cancellations made with reasonable notice.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled charter date will not be eligible for a refund. This is because last-minute cancellations disrupt crew scheduling, provisioning, and yacht preparation.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please notify Elite Luxury Yacht Rental as soon as possible. You can inform us of your decision by any of the following methods:
