Welcome to Elite Luxury Yacht Rental, your premier destination for unforgettable yachting experiences in Dubai. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Elite Luxury Yacht Rental (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and you, the Charterer (“You,” “Your”), for the rental of our luxury yachts.
1.1 Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
1.2 Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your charter date. The remaining balance is due one week before departure. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
1.3 Changes & Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Notification of changes or cancellations must be made in writing via email.
1.3.1 Within 30 days of departure: a full refund will be issued.
1.3.2 Between 15-29 days of departure: 50% of the total charter fee will be retained.
1.3.3 Within 14 days of departure: 100% of the total charter fee will be retained.
2.1 Guest Numbers: The number of guests on board must not exceed the yacht’s certified capacity, as stipulated by maritime regulations. Confirmation of final guest count is required 24 hours before departure.
2.2 Captain & Crew: An experienced captain and crew will be on board to ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the charter. Please treat the crew with respect at all times.
2.3 Guest Behavior: We expect all guests to behave responsibly and courteously. Disruptive or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the charter with no refund.
2.4 Safety Regulations: All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Life jackets must be worn when required.
3.1 Charter inclusions: These will vary depending on the chosen yacht and charter package. Generally, inclusions may encompass:
3.1.1 Fuel for standard cruising within designated areas.
3.1.2 Refreshments- Soft Beverages
3.1.3 Safety Equipment
3.1.4 Music System Onboard
3.1.5 Standard yacht amenities (kitchen equipment,disposable utensils, etc.).
3.2 Charter Exclusions: Food, beverages, and any additional services such as (catering services, watersports equipment rentals,Decoration Packages,etc..) are typically not included and will be charged separately. Please inquire about our catering options or bring your own provisions
4.1 You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages onboard.
4.2 Alternatively, we can provide catering services upon request. A separate menu and pricing will be provided.
5.1 The yacht is covered by comprehensive marine insurance. However, the Charterer is liable for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the yacht or its equipment by them or their guests. A security deposit may be required to cover such potential damages.
6.1 In unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues, Elite Yachts reserves the right to amend or cancel your charter. We will work diligently to provide alternative options or a full refund.
7.1 These Terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the relevant UAE courts.
8.1 Elite Luxury Yacht Rental is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage not directly resulting from our negligence.
9.1 By booking a charter with Elite Luxury Yacht Rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
